Recruitment Officer

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze recruitment needs
• Write and publish job advertisements on job boards, social networks, and specialized sites
• Source and pre-select candidates
• Manage the recruitment process including coordination with managers, conducting interviews, and negotiating hiring conditions
• Prepare onboarding for new employees, including job offers and administrative transmission
• Participate in employment events such as forums and job dating
• Develop sourcing methods, local networks, and partnerships with local employment actors
• Handle other HR themes based on company needs and personal interest

Requirements

• Higher education in Human Resources (Bachelor or Master's degree)
• Significant experience in recruitment (agency or corporate)
• Strong interpersonal skills and service-oriented mindset
• Organized, rigorous, and able to manage multiple files simultaneously
• Proficiency in office tools and HR software (ATS, SIRH)
• Strong writing skills and ability to interact with diverse profiles
