About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Coordinate with department managers to understand staffing requirements and prepare employment offers
- Maintain recruitment databases, employee records, and liaise with recruitment agencies
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including preparing quotations, proposals, and contracts
- Maintain and update customer records and respond to customer inquiries
- Monitor sales activities, prepare periodic reports, and follow up on pending orders and payments
- Coordinate communication between customers, sales representatives, and internal departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, sales coordination, or administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities independently
