Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze recruitment needs with managers
• Implement effective sourcing strategies using job boards, social networks, and talent pools
• Conduct HR telephone interviews and pre-qualifications
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to follow up on candidates
• Manage administrative elements via ERP/CRM (candidate files, tracking, evaluations)

Requirements

• Student in a Business School or University
• Seeking a 6-month end-of-studies internship
• Strong sense of service and team spirit
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Organized, reactive, and motivated
• Comfortable with digital tools and demanding environments
• Commercial mindset and result-oriented
