Responsibilities
- Define required profiles and analyze needs in collaboration with Business Managers
- Identify candidates on job boards and social networks and develop new sourcing methods
- Conduct telephone qualifications of engineer candidates and schedule interviews
- Follow candidates from identification to contract signature while ensuring candidate experience
- Analyze and report on activities and track KPIs
- Write and distribute attractive job offers
- Participate in school forums and recruitment fairs
- Organize conferences and workshops with students from target schools
- Contribute to occasional HR projects
Requirements
- Master's degree (BAC+5)
- First experience in recruitment for technical profiles
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and priority management skills
- High reactivity and ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong listening and analytical skills
