Responsibilities
- Definition of required profiles and needs analysis in collaboration with Business Managers
- Identification of candidates on job boards and social networks, and development of new sourcing methods
- Telephone qualification of engineer candidates (project environment valuation, HR assessment) and interview scheduling
- Candidate follow-up from identification to contract signature, ensuring candidate experience
- Analysis and reporting of activities and KPI tracking
- Operational meetings
Requirements
- Master's degree (BAC+5)
- First experience in technical recruitment (internship or apprenticeship)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational and priority management skills
- High reactivity and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong listening and analytical skills
