Responsibilities

• Definition of required profiles and needs analysis in collaboration with Business Managers
• Identification of candidates on job boards and social networks, and development of new sourcing methods
• Telephone qualification of engineer candidates (project environment valuation, HR assessment) and interview scheduling
• Candidate follow-up from identification to contract signature, ensuring candidate experience
• Analysis and reporting of activities and KPI tracking
• Operational meetings

Requirements

• Master's degree (BAC+5)
• First experience in technical recruitment (internship or apprenticeship)
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong organizational and priority management skills
• High reactivity and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong listening and analytical skills
