Recruitment Marketing Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Support and evolve the global employer brand narrative, content calendar, and content library
• Optimize recruiting marketing content and campaigns across careers sites, LinkedIn, and job boards
• Design and automate segmented nurture campaigns for talent pools including silver medalists and referrals
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as application rate and social engagement
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to support priority hiring needs through targeted campaigns
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communications to ensure recruitment marketing consistency with the broader brand
• Manage job board relationships and event partnerships to build talent communities

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent programs
• Experience managing multi-channel campaigns or candidate-facing content
• Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools
• Ability to use performance data to evaluate results and identify improvements
• Strong project management skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with ATS platforms, particularly Greenhouse
• Experience managing paid media campaigns on LinkedIn or Indeed
• Background collaborating with corporate Brand or Marketing teams
• Exposure to multi-market or international talent campaigns
