About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve performance, fill-rate, and revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients across Acute, Aged Care, and Community Care sectors
- Conduct regular client visits to strengthen partnerships and identify workforce needs
- Identify new business opportunities and deliver tailored staffing solutions
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in agency recruitment, workforce solutions, or staffing services
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and business development
- Excellent communication skills and a relationship-driven approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
