Recruitment Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across all REMS project sites
• Conduct workforce analysis, forecasting, and gap analysis for the REMS portfolio
• Source candidates through online platforms, walk-in applicants, and referrals
• Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates for interviews
• Administer pre-employment assessments and maintain a centralized candidate database
• Prepare weekly centralized recruitment reports for leadership
• Coordinate with Senior Account Managers and Property Managers to align manpower requirements
• Prepare hiring memoranda, employment contracts, and job descriptions
• Conduct background investigations for managerial and accounting positions
• Manage documentation for onboarding and resigned employee reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of recruitment experience
• Experience in real estate, property management, construction, or facilities management preferred
• Knowledge of Labor Law
• Experience in high-volume or mass hiring environments
• Proficient in online sourcing platforms and recruitment reporting
• Strong coordination and communication skills
