Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
- Lead and develop the recruitment team through coaching and performance feedback
- Collaborate with leaders to forecast staffing needs and align project scopes
- Create recruiting plans, maintain job postings, and manage talent pools
- Track recruitment metrics to meet organizational targets
- Build relationships with stakeholders and community partners to support diversity
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment
- 2-4 years of experience in a leadership role
- Diploma in HR or Business Administration
- Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, and employer branding
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and HR software
- Experience recruiting skilled trades is an asset
- RPR or CPHR designation is an asset
