Responsibilities

• Act as the link between students, universities, and OCA Global, coordinating internship agreements across all business areas.
• Serve as the direct contact for students, resolving doubts and assisting with the signing and management of agreements.
• Coordinate relationships with universities and business schools throughout Spain.
• Manage documentation and agreements to ensure agile and impeccable processes.
• Provide transversal support including writing and publishing job offers, CV screening, telephone interviews, and process coordination using Teamtailor.
• Work alongside experienced recruiters to learn selection processes and talent attraction strategies.

Requirements

• University student in Business Administration (ADE) or Labor Relations (RRLL), or other degrees interested in HR.
• Ability to sign an internship agreement with your university or study center.
• Availability for part-time internships, preferably in the morning.
• Proactive and resourceful attitude with a desire to learn.
• Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office.
• Curiosity regarding Artificial Intelligence.
• High level of Spanish; Catalan is a plus.
