Recruitment Intern

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in the selection process, including testing, interview organization, and follow-up
• Write and post job advertisements, contributing creative ideas for talent attraction
• Screen incoming CVs to identify top candidates
• Conduct initial candidate screenings via telephone
• Organize both online and in-person interviews
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates, the HR team, and hiring managers
• Assist with headhunting activities and talent sourcing
• Prepare statistics and reports
• Handle HR administration tasks with efficiency

Requirements

• Active or passive university student (with at least 1-2 years of student status remaining)
• Availability to work a minimum of 30 hours per week
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• Proactive mindset, creativity, and a sense of ownership
• Precision, independence, and strong problem-solving abilities
