Recruitment/HR COOP

Responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics between candidates and hiring teams
• Support recruitment operations by maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and updating candidate records
• Help post job openings and maintain listings across various platforms
• Learn sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools
• Assist in reviewing resumes and maintaining organized candidate pipelines
• Support onboarding coordination and documentation for new hires
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Eligible for an 8-month co-op placement
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• A proactive learning mindset and interest in Talent Acquisition
