About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist in scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics between candidates and hiring teams
- Support recruitment operations by maintaining the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and updating candidate records
- Help post job openings and maintain listings across various platforms
- Learn sourcing techniques using LinkedIn, job boards, and internal tools
- Assist in reviewing resumes and maintaining organized candidate pipelines
- Support onboarding coordination and documentation for new hires
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Eligible for an 8-month co-op placement
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- A proactive learning mindset and interest in Talent Acquisition
