Recruitment Drive - FOH and BOH Roles

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high hospitality standards
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently while maintaining outlet cleanliness
• Prepare food items according to company recipes, SOPs, and presentation standards
• Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times
• Supervise daily outlet operations, staff discipline, and service quality (for Supervisor roles)
• Support inventory control, monitor stock levels, and assist with deliveries
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth service during peak hours

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality or customer service roles
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced café environment
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to maintain professional grooming and service standards
