About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high hospitality standards
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the outlet and workstations
- Follow all SOPs, hygiene, and food safety standards
- Prepare food items according to company recipes and quality standards
- Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth service operations
- Monitor stock levels and assist in receiving and organizing deliveries
Requirements
- Proven experience in the hospitality or café industry
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts as required by outlet operations
