Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and facilitate the approval process
• Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and recruitment kickoff calls
• Manage recruitment correspondence and candidate lifecycle within Greenhouse Recruiting
• Support the offer process including salary, incentives, and start dates
• Coordinate preboarding activities and support the onboarding process for new hires
• Maintain candidate records, job requisitions, and the internal job description catalog
• Serve as the point of contact for the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
• Oversee the internship process and employee referral program
• Stay updated on recruitment trends and provide process improvement recommendations

Requirements

• Experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative support
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
• Understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and compliance standards
• Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Customer-service mindset
