About the role
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and facilitate the approval process
- Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews and recruitment kickoff calls
- Manage recruitment correspondence and candidate lifecycle within Greenhouse Recruiting
- Support the offer process including salary, incentives, and start dates
- Coordinate preboarding activities and support the onboarding process for new hires
- Maintain candidate records, job requisitions, and the internal job description catalog
- Serve as the point of contact for the Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse)
- Oversee the internship process and employee referral program
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and provide process improvement recommendations
Requirements
- Experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or administrative support
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred)
- Understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and compliance standards
- Experience coordinating interviews across multiple stakeholders
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
- Customer-service mindset
