MAJORITY is building a mobile banking platform for ambitious global citizens navigating life across borders, offering a smarter, more accessible financial membership designed to help people manage and grow their money, wherever they’re from and wherever they’re going.

Responsibilities

• Engage inbound candidates across WhatsApp, SMS, phone, and Google Forms
• Book candidates into training quickly and keep momentum through the funnel
• Monitor training attendance, follow up with no-shows, and re-engage inactive leads
• Manage advisor contracting and onboarding logistics
• Ensure new hires complete setup in Team App, TalentLMS, and Boards
• Track funnel performance and report weekly on key metrics
• Gather feedback from candidates who decline to refine outreach and positioning
• Proactively recruit in target regions when pipeline needs a boost
• Maintain structured tracking in Google Sheets

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment, sales coordination, or high-volume follow-up roles
• Experience working with funnels, lead tracking, ATS, or CRM systems
• Comfortable handling WhatsApp-based communication at scale
• Highly organized and process-driven
• Strong follow-up discipline
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets and tracking KPIs
• Clear written and spoken communication in Spanish and English
• Proficient with Google Drive, WhatsApp Business, Calendly, and Slack
• Analytical mindset to detect patterns in candidate drop-off
