Responsibilities

• Organize, schedule, and oversee interviews, including candidate logistics and complex scheduling across time zones
• Support recruiting operations and programs such as interview programs, referral programs, and ATS configurations
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and timely follow-ups

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, ideally in a global startup or fast-moving tech environment
• Solid grounding in Recruiting Operations and ATS hygiene
• Experience with Ashby or a comparable ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar)
• Strong communicator with exceptional writing skills
• Self-organized, proactive, and excellent at managing multiple workstreams
• Growth-oriented and comfortable adapting to change

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in project or program management
