About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute the talent acquisition process in partnership with HR teams and hiring managers
- Coordinate candidate selection activities, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and background checks
- Administer and maintain onboarding processes using SAP SuccessFactors to ensure a structured new hire experience
- Represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs to strengthen employer branding
- Support employer branding initiatives and campaigns to attract diverse talent
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding workflows through digitization and automation
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or as a recruiter
- Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft 365 (including Teams)
- Experience in digitalizing or automating HR processes
