Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute the talent acquisition process in partnership with HR teams and hiring managers
• Coordinate candidate selection activities, including scheduling interviews, assessments, and background checks
• Administer and maintain onboarding processes using SAP SuccessFactors to ensure a structured new hire experience
• Represent the company at recruitment events and job fairs to strengthen employer branding
• Support employer branding initiatives and campaigns to attract diverse talent
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment and onboarding workflows through digitization and automation

Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
• 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment coordination or as a recruiter
• Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft 365 (including Teams)
• Experience in digitalizing or automating HR processes
