Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Draft, edit, and format job descriptions and post openings across LinkedIn and other job boards
• Manage the Workable ATS by creating job openings and maintaining accurate candidate records
• Coordinate interview schedules, invitations, and follow-up communications between candidates and hiring teams
• Support social media recruitment by developing content to promote company culture and job openings
• Assist with the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and personnel documentation
• Provide administrative support to Recruitment Partners and the wider People & Culture team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in both Arabic and English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with social media, professional networks, and résumé databases
• Technical aptitude with tools such as Slack, Zoom, Trello, or Workable
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience or knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Experience in a customer service or professional communication role
