Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for the talent acquisition lifecycle, from candidate attraction to post-hire activities
• Manage candidate and client communications, including scheduling phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Coordinate onsite interview logistics, such as room setup, materials distribution, and candidate briefings
• Act as a liaison between the client and recruitment team to resolve daily operational issues
• Assist with the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters for approval
• Coordinate background checks, drug testing, and reference checking processes
• Manage job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and assist with basic metrics reporting
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire forms and orientations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred)
• Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment
• Proficiency in English
• Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of common talent acquisition concepts, practices, and procedures
