Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite client support for the talent acquisition lifecycle, from candidate attraction to post-hire activities
• Manage relationships with senior leadership stakeholders, including C-suite, VPs, and Directors
• Coordinate interview logistics, including scheduling phone, video, and in-person interviews
• Act as the primary onsite contact for candidates, managing greetings, briefings, and interview room setup
• Manage the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters for approval
• Coordinate background checks, drug testing, and reference checking processes
• Arrange candidate travel, transportation, and accommodations
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire orientation
• Maintain and edit job postings within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Provide administrative support to recruiters and assist with basic metrics reporting

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred)
• Minimum of one year of experience in a business or office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and constantly changing environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience or knowledge of talent acquisition concepts, practices, and procedures
• Experience supporting high-level executive stakeholders
