Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive recruitment support and administrative assistance to Regional Recruitment Directors across the Americas, EMEA, and Asia Pacific.
• Support multi-dimensional recruitment projects, including branding, website redesign, and process improvement initiatives.
• Act as a super-user for recruitment technologies, such as the Avature ATS, to drive adoption and integration.
• Partner with global recruitment coordinators to ensure seamless administration and cross-regional coverage.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve functional objectives.
• Deliver regular reporting, metrics, and status updates to the Recruitment Leadership Team.

Requirements

• Strong administrative skills, including record management, scheduling, and handling confidential information.
• Proven experience supporting recruitment or talent-related projects and meeting strict deadlines.
• Proficiency in using recruitment systems (ATS), HR platforms, and digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional stakeholder engagement.
• High level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness and the ability to work effectively across multiple global regions.
• Ability to remain effective and professional in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
