Responsibilities

• Source candidates and build pipelines
• Schedule virtual and in-person interviews and coordination
• Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide insights through reports
• Assist in the execution of campus hiring initiatives
• Collaborate and communicate with Hiring Managers, Interviewers, and Candidates
• Manage the interview lifecycle to ensure a seamless candidate experience

Requirements

• 1–2 years of core, end-to-end in-house recruitment experience
• Mandatory experience with Greenhouse Recruiting and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Proficiency in Google Suite, Microsoft Word, and Excel
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
• Graduate Degree
