Recruitment Consultant/Consultant Manager

Responsibilities

Depending on your background, the role can be focused on recruitment, consultant management, or a combination of both:

• Manage the full recruitment process including client contact, requirement profiling, search, advertising, selection, interviews, testing, and reference checks.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Take overall responsibility for the well-being and delivery of consultants placed at client sites.
• Act as a sounding board and support for consultants.
• Actively manage a network of subcontractors to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in recruitment, consulting, or finance-related roles.
• University degree, preferably in Finance or HR.
• Fluency in Swedish and English (both written and spoken).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in people and relationship building.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing organization.
• Proactive, communicative, and comfortable with cold calling/outreach.
