Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full selection process, including identifying candidates, conducting phone screens, and facilitating interviews.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate network through proactive market research and bench management.
• Develop creative recruitment strategies to identify both passive and active talent.
• Consult with hiring managers on final selections, compensation, and recruitment processes.
• Manage the recruitment pipeline and ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met.
• Maintain accurate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage related administrative tasks.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full lifecycle recruiting within a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.
• Proficiency in passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, and competitive market research.
• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close candidates successfully.
• Proficiency in Spanish and Italian languages.
• Strong computer skills, including intermediate MS Office proficiency and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Excellent time prioritization and communication skills.
