About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process from A to Z, from initial candidate intake to training start
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure candidate commitment to Level.works
- Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify bottlenecks and improve processes and technological innovations
- Continuously refine recruitment skills, including competency-based interviewing techniques
- Plan and report on a weekly basis to proactively identify and seize commercial opportunities
Requirements
- HBO+ working and thinking level
- Fluent in Dutch
- Commercial mindset with a service-oriented approach
- Minimum of one year of experience in recruitment or employment mediation
