Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from A to Z, from initial candidate intake to training start
• Build strong relationships with clients and ensure candidate commitment to Level.works
• Use qualitative and quantitative insights to identify bottlenecks and improve processes and technological innovations
• Continuously refine recruitment skills, including competency-based interviewing techniques
• Plan and report on a weekly basis to proactively identify and seize commercial opportunities

Requirements

• HBO+ working and thinking level
• Fluent in Dutch
• Commercial mindset with a service-oriented approach
• Minimum of one year of experience in recruitment or employment mediation
