Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for nurses and support staff, including advertising, screening, interviewing, and running induction sessions
• Respond efficiently to inbound calls and emails from healthcare clients to fill nursing shifts
• Contact nursing candidates to place them into evening or overnight shifts, often on short notice
• Ensure all recruitment processes follow required compliance, legal, and statutory requirements

Requirements

• Experience in end-to-end recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven expertise in customer service
• Ability to thrive and remain calm in fast-paced, high-pressure environments

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in healthcare recruitment or workforce rostering
• General understanding of the healthcare, nursing, or aged care sectors
