Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to support growth
• Proactively source, screen and manage candidates through multiple channels
• Provide candidates with advice on market trends, salary levels, and career opportunities
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising to placement
• Meet agreed KPIs and contribute to team targets

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment with knowledge of nursing, aged care, homecare, allied health, or medical imaging
• Business development and client delivery capabilities
• Proven track record of achieving targets and KPIs
