Recruitment Consultant

Responsibilities

• Run a full 270 desk, owning both client and candidate relationships
• Execute retained and contingent searches for elite hedge funds
• Engage and place world-class quant and technology talent
• Execute complex searches and close high-value deals
• Operate with pace, precision, and commercial focus

Requirements

• Proven agency recruitment experience focusing on permanent roles
• Experience operating in a 270 or 360 capacity
• Track record of consistent billings and growth
• Expertise in headhunting and closing candidates
• Ability to build strong client relationships and manage end-to-end processes
• Experience in Finance, Medical, Legal, HR, Compliance, or Professional Services
• US market experience is a plus
