Responsibilities

• Proactively generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market outreach
• Identify and engage Australian businesses experiencing workforce shortages
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of clients requiring overseas recruitment solutions
• Conduct consultative sales meetings to understand client workforce needs and challenges
• Present tailored recruitment and migration solutions to decision-makers
• Convert inbound enquiries into long-term client relationships
• Drive repeat business and account growth through ongoing client engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and onboarding of new clients
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets

Requirements

• Proven success in B2B sales, business development, or recruitment/labour hire
• Strong track record of generating new business and growing client accounts
• Confidence in cold calling and engaging senior decision-makers
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commercial mindset with a focus on revenue growth and results
• Highly self-driven, resilient, and target-oriented
• Strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline
• Experience using CRM systems such as Pipedrive or Salesforce
• Experience in recruitment, migration, or labour hire
