Responsibilities
- Write impactful and effective job offers
- Source and detect top talent using job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels for technical and strategic roles
- Participate in candidate analysis and pre-qualification interviews
- Prepare reasoned reports for consultants and clients
- Build and update candidate talent pools
- Follow up on applications and maintain quality relationships with talent
- Support mission monitoring and office activities
- Assist with reporting and activity analysis
- Prospect companies to promote recruitment services and develop a client portfolio
- Propose tailor-made offers based on client needs
