Recruitment Business Partner

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment delivery for Sales and Corporate functions globally, from intake to offer.
• Act as a strategic business partner to hiring managers, leading intake sessions and defining success profiles.
• Drive best-in-class, structured, and inclusive interview practices.
• Manage the Greenhouse ATS to maintain high data integrity, pipeline visibility, and reporting accuracy.
• Utilize AI tools and modern sourcing techniques to increase productivity and reach.
• Build proactive talent pipelines through market insights and competitor mapping.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, acting as a brand ambassador throughout the hiring process.
• Contribute to global TA projects including process improvement and employer branding.

Requirements

• Proven experience in full lifecycle recruitment within a high-growth, high-tech environment.
• Strong track record of hiring for Sales and Corporate roles on a global basis.
• Hands-on proficiency with Greenhouse ATS is essential.
• Demonstrated experience using AI tools for sourcing, screening, and automation.
• Strong understanding of structured interviewing and assessment best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously while maintaining quality and pace.
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate recruitment insights into actionable strategies.
• Comfortable working in a remote environment with flexibility across time zones.
