Recruitment and Training Assistant

Responsibilities

• Execute recruitment, selection, and hiring procedures to meet operational needs based on established job profiles.
• Ensure recruitment processes are transparent and focused on the professional development and retention of human capital.
• Coordinate and record training sessions to facilitate the fulfillment of the annual training plan.
• Lead general company inductions and follow up on job-specific training for new hires or employees changing roles.
• Administer and control documentation for recruitment and training processes to ensure readiness for internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or training roles.
• Advanced proficiency in English (reading, writing, and conversation).
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Expert knowledge of interview techniques.
• Basic knowledge of SAP and personnel administration.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or postgraduate studies in a relevant field.
