Recruitment and Selection Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Act as the Talent Acquisition leader for Lauro de Freitas and the surrounding region, developing the local TA team and aligning local strategies with regional guidelines.
• Partner strategically with operational and regional leadership to ensure recruitment efforts meet business needs.
• Plan, structure, and execute regional hiring plans, considering sourcing zones, shift requirements, and specific candidate profiles.
• Consolidate and analyze recruitment data to ensure governance, quality, and productivity, supporting decision-making for local and regional leaders.
• Propose and implement continuous improvements in attraction and selection processes to ensure scalability in high-volume scenarios and an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• Completed higher education degree.
• Consolidated experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within e-Commerce, Logistics, Industry, or Retail sectors.
• Proven experience leading recruitment teams and managing hiring plans within expansion contexts.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Google Sheets, Data Studio, Power BI, or similar.
• Availability to work onsite (4 days a week) at the Lauro de Freitas operation.
