About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as Manager for Gov. Celso Ramos and region in Talent Acquisition
- Develop the local TA team and align local strategies with regional guidelines
- Partner strategically with operational and regional leadership to meet business needs
- Plan, structure, and execute regional hiring plans considering sourcing zones, shifts, and profiles
- Consolidate and analyze recruitment data to ensure governance, quality, and productivity
- Propose and implement continuous improvements in attraction and selection processes
- Ensure scalability in high-volume scenarios and a great candidate experience
Requirements
- Completed higher education degree
- Consolidated experience in high-volume Recruitment and Selection (e-Commerce, Logistics, Industry, or Retail preferred)
- Experience leading recruitment teams and managing hiring plans in expansion contexts
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools like Google Sheets, Data Studio, or Power BI
- Availability for onsite work (4 days a week) in Gov Celso Ramos/SC
