About the role
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for Young Apprentices, Interns, and Analysts
- Align job briefings with hiring managers and publish vacancies on various platforms
- Perform resume screening and conduct candidate interviews
- Manage interview scheduling and ensure established SLAs are met
- Support the Intern Development Track by organizing discussion forums and analyzing satisfaction surveys
- Provide operational support for Internship and Graduate programs
- Assist in creating promotional materials and represent the company at talent attraction events
Requirements
- Currently studying Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Graduation forecast from June 2028 onwards (night shift students)
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Intermediate English skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience or familiarity with recruitment and selection software/systems
