About the role

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Tech Recruitment team, including Recruiters, Operations, and Product & Design specialists
  • Manage and optimize selection processes to ensure scalability, efficiency, and high candidate experience
  • Monitor and present recruitment KPIs such as Time to Hire, NPS, and quality of hire to leadership
  • Act as a strategic partner to technology and product leaders to align talent needs and search strategies
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and diversity strategies within the hiring process
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and best practices throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Requirements

  • Degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Solid experience in Recruitment & Selection with a focus on technology (Engineering, Data, Product, Design)
  • Previous experience in leadership or coordination of recruitment teams
  • Strong understanding of the tech market, including stacks and hiring dynamics
  • Experience with recruitment metrics and data analysis
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools such as ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience coordinating recruitment in high-growth tech companies or financial services
  • Advanced experience with data dashboards and people analytics
  • Participation in employer branding projects or talent programs (trainee, internships, bootcamps)
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies applied to People/Recruiting processes
