Recruitment and Selection Assistant

Responsibilities

• Identify and source candidates through digital job boards and social media platforms
• Conduct candidate screening and interviews based on specific vacancy profiles
• Execute field recruitment activities, including flyer distribution, postings, branch activations, and job fairs
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely follow-up on feedback
• Manage all stages of the recruitment process for both operational and staff positions to ensure optimal staffing levels

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, Psychology, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in recruitment and selection
• Proficiency with digital job boards and social media for talent sourcing
• Proven experience in field recruitment techniques
• Knowledge of psychometric testing and various interview techniques
