Recruitment and Selection Analyst

Responsibilities

• Ensure the recruitment of appropriate internal and external candidates for various business areas through specialized search and selection processes.
• Develop capabilities to identify and attract candidates that meet the specific profiles required by different business units.
• Manage and track recruitment processes using SuccessFactors.
• Conduct interviews and administer psychometric evaluations.
• Maintain timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor and follow up on coverage goals and hiring metrics.
• Apply institutional regulations to ensure candidates successfully move through the hiring process.

Requirements

• Professional degree in Psychology, Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Proven experience recruiting specialized profiles within the financial sector (e.g., IT, Audit, Legal, HR, Wholesale Banking).
• Strong knowledge of psychometric evaluations and competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SuccessFactors.
• Intermediate English language skills.
