Recruitment and Induction Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Execute and control the recruitment and selection process for store teams in the assigned region to ensure hiring meets profiles and timelines.
• Propose and manage recruitment sources and media to maintain a candidate pipeline for new teams and regional changes.
• Analyze and communicate candidate information to Zone Managers to ensure reliability and proper store assignment.
• Coordinate the induction process for commission agents and their staff, focusing on equipment use, systems, and customer service protocols.
• Prepare and register promissory notes and commercial commission contracts to ensure legal compliance.
• Monitor the performance of personnel during the induction process in "school stores" to ensure competency acquisition.
• Manage payment requests for training and initial advances for commission agents.
• Maintain and integrate personnel files to comply with internal policies and legal requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Pedagogy, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment and selection (local and remote processes).
• Advanced proficiency in competency-based interviewing.
• Experience interpreting psychometric evaluations and creating recruitment reports.
• Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles (estándar).
