Responsibilities
- Collect and understand needs from innovation pilots
- Publish job advertisements on various platforms including Jobteaser
- Analyze applications and match candidates with requirements
- Source profiles using LinkedIn, Hellowork, and Jobteaser
- Manage talent pools from school forums
- Conduct telephone interviews
- Plan and manage the recruitment process
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including Pilots and Business Managers
- Report on activity and analyze KPIs
- Conduct follow-up meetings with engineering interns regarding potential permanent contracts
- Analyze the recruitment plan for engineering consultants in France
Requirements
- Student in a Business School or University
- Seeking an internship (gap year or end-of-studies)
- Previous experience or approach to recruitment or sales functions is a plus
- Strong interest in recruitment within a competitive environment
- Recognized customer service orientation
- Ability to work in a team
- Autonomous, reactive, and organized
- Strong interpersonal skills
