Recruitment and Admissions Officer

Responsibilities

• Optimize training session enrollment rates through proactive lead development and prospecting
• Manage incoming leads, analyze applications, and conduct selection interviews
• Support the implementation of commercial action plans and promotional events such as open days, webinars, and trade fairs
• Maintain and update activity tracking tools daily using Salesforce CRM
• Perform competitive intelligence monitoring and share findings with the team
• Manage student registration files in compliance with regulatory requirements (QUALIOPI, RNCP)
• Coordinate administrative and logistical onboarding for students during intake periods
• Process and track funding requests with various paying organizations
• Produce weekly reporting for management regarding recruitment and administrative progress

Requirements

• Higher education degree in business, commerce, or a related field
• Proven successful experience in a sales or administrative role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM
• Operational level of English
• Strong interpersonal, listening, and customer service skills
• Highly organized with a strong sense of rigor and reactivity
