Recruitment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Drive and execute recruitment strategies to attract talent aligned with business needs and company values
• Lead end-to-end recruiting processes, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Partner with internal stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver timely hiring solutions
• Evaluate candidates through interviews, assessments, and psychometric tools to ensure high-quality hiring decisions
• Monitor recruitment performance and continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with external sources and institutions to strengthen the talent pipeline
• Support onboarding and integration processes to ensure successful employee transitions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or equivalent professional experience
• 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or similar roles
• Advanced English level (B2), able to communicate effectively in professional settings
• Experience using recruitment tools and systems, such as SAP
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Ability to analyze candidate information and make informed hiring decisions

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree or specialization in administrative or HR-related fields
• Experience working in high-volume or operational recruitment environments
• Strong analytical mindset and experience using recruitment metrics (KPIs)
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across different business areas
