Recruitment Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct competency-based interviews with internal and external candidates
• Manage recruitment and selection processes for operational and management roles
• Analyze positions to support candidate fit and job-person alignment
• Identify and maintain recruitment sources to strengthen talent attraction

Requirements

• At least 50% of credits completed in Pedagogy, Psychology, or Administration
• Basic English proficiency
• Experience with competency-based interviewing
• Knowledge of psychometric test interpretation
• Experience managing recruitment sources and selection processes

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment and selection for operational and supervisory roles
• Familiarity with Human Side or similar psychometric tools
• Ability to create position analyses and job-person adjustments
