Recruitment Advisor

Responsibilities

• Partner with Hiring Managers to recruit frontline staff, including Disability Support Workers, Aged Care Assistants, and frontline Leaders
• Provide expert recruitment advice to ensure the right candidates are placed in roles that drive positive outcomes for clients
• Develop and execute candidate sourcing plans based on market intelligence and specific client needs
• Review and shortlist both active and passive candidates
• Conduct essential pre-employment checks, including references and probity checks
• Generate electronic employment contracts and drive process consistency across the recruitment lifecycle
• Build strong relationships with IEA providers, education providers, and other community partners

Requirements

• Proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments
• Demonstrated ability to influence and develop collaborative relationships with Hiring Managers
• Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for values-aligned recruitment
• Ability to clear mandatory probity checks, including a National Criminal History Record Check
