About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment administration including vacancy records and ATS configuration
- Create, publish, and monitor job advertisements across various recruitment platforms
- Coordinate candidate communications, interview scheduling, and meeting logistics
- Maintain accurate candidate files, recruitment records, and documentation control
- Prepare offer documentation, employment contracts, and manage approval workflows
- Manage reference checks, pre-employment screening, and compliance verification
- Coordinate onboarding documentation and track commencement requirements
- Maintain recruitment systems, CRM, and shared drives to ensure data integrity
- Produce recruitment activity reports, KPI dashboards, and hiring metrics
- Support process governance and continuous improvement of recruitment workflows
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment administration, talent acquisition coordination, or HR administration
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment platforms
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidential records
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience within agency recruitment, RPO, or internal talent acquisition environments
- Knowledge of recruitment compliance and employment documentation processes
- Experience producing recruitment reports and analytics
- Exposure to CRM systems and recruitment technology platforms
