About the role

Responsibilities

  • Screen candidate profiles based on fixed role criteria and shortlist signals
  • Move candidates across hiring stages daily, including screening, scheduling, and offers
  • Schedule interviews quickly across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
  • Follow up with candidates on availability, documents, and interview status
  • Chase missing interview notes, feedback, and hiring decisions
  • Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers
  • Send clear daily hiring pipeline reports covering backlog, progress, and blockers

Requirements

  • Experience in administration, coordination, recruitment, HR, or operations
  • Strong organizational, speed, and follow-up discipline
  • Ability to manage high volumes of candidates and roles without losing track
  • Proficiency with messaging, scheduling, and spreadsheets
  • Comfortable screening CVs based on clear criteria
  • Clear written communication skills
  • Reliable and detail-oriented under hiring pressure
