About the role
Responsibilities
- Screen candidate profiles based on fixed role criteria and shortlist signals
- Move candidates across hiring stages daily, including screening, scheduling, and offers
- Schedule interviews quickly across candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates on availability, documents, and interview status
- Chase missing interview notes, feedback, and hiring decisions
- Maintain accurate and updated recruitment trackers
- Send clear daily hiring pipeline reports covering backlog, progress, and blockers
Requirements
- Experience in administration, coordination, recruitment, HR, or operations
- Strong organizational, speed, and follow-up discipline
- Ability to manage high volumes of candidates and roles without losing track
- Proficiency with messaging, scheduling, and spreadsheets
- Comfortable screening CVs based on clear criteria
- Clear written communication skills
- Reliable and detail-oriented under hiring pressure
