Recruiting Volunteer/Intern

Responsibilities

• Develop recruiting strategies to meet non-profit needs
• Implement approved recruitment processes
• Screen resumes and conduct basic phone screens
• Schedule interviews
• Audit files and create offer letters
• Assist in identifying and recruiting prospects
• Meet regularly with supervisor to discuss progress

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Some work experience in a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree
