Recruiting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Review inbound applications and evaluate qualifications against defined criteria to identify top candidates
• Participate in kickoff meetings with recruiters and hiring managers to align on ideal profiles and screening criteria
• Coordinate early career talent programs and events, including outreach campaigns and social events
• Manage recruiting for software engineer summer internship positions, ensuring a positive candidate experience from application to onboarding
• Maintain accurate records and candidate data within Greenhouse ATS

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1+ years of relevant experience in recruiting or university recruiting program coordination
• Experience screening candidate resumes and assessing skills and qualifications
• Interest in technical recruiting and learning to evaluate software engineering profiles
• Experience with Greenhouse or other ATS and Google Suite
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
