Recruiting Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire end-to-end recruitment process from initial requirement clarification to the signing of employment contracts
• Conduct interviews and structured selection processes via telephone, virtually, or in person
• Execute active sourcing and targeted direct outreach to candidates for specialized positions
• Partner closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners regarding job requirements, candidate selection, and final decisions
• Support recruitment efforts for both professional roles and apprenticeship positions
• Contribute to the continuous development of the company's employer brand and candidate experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources Management, or a comparable qualification
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruiting
• Expertise in conducting interviews and managing structured selection processes
• Hands-on experience with active sourcing and candidate engagement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
